How we rate
platform providers
Our match scores and rankings are calculated algorithmically from objective data points. No provider can pay to improve their score. This page documents our methodology in full.
Editorial independence
iGamingHub operates as an independent intelligence platform. Our editorial decisions — including which providers are listed, how they are rated and what data is published — are made solely by our team and are not influenced by commercial relationships.
Providers can pay for a PRO listing which gives them an expanded profile, contact form and priority placement in search results. PRO status does not affect match score or ranking.
We may display advertising from iGaming companies. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content, ratings or which providers are included in the directory.
Providers can publish research content in our Knowledge Base. Published content is clearly attributed to the provider and does not represent iGamingHub's editorial position.
Match score methodology
The match score (0–100) shown on provider profiles reflects how well a provider covers the five key criteria that operators consistently tell us matter most. It is not a quality rating — a score of 75 does not mean a provider is worse than one scoring 95, it means they serve a different segment.
Breadth of regulated markets served and active licenses held. Verified against official regulatory registries where available.
Game content (slots count), live casino, sportsbook, virtual sports and crash games. Reflects the operator's ability to serve a full product vertical without a second supplier.
Number of payment methods, fiat and crypto support, and geographic payment coverage.
Number of supported languages and regional content adaptations.
Launch timeline, uptime SLA, 24/7 support availability, dedicated account management and API maturity.
Important: Match scores are contextual — they are recalculated when an operator uses the Launch Wizard, weighted against their specific requirements. The score shown on a provider profile is the general market score based on median operator requirements.
