1. Acceptance of Terms
This Platform is exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) professional use. It is not intended for end consumers or personal use. By using this Platform, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity.
By accessing or using iGamingHub (“the Platform”), operated at igaminghub.app by iGamingHub (Spain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
iGamingHub is an independent B2B intelligence platform that provides:
- A directory of iGaming platform and game providers with comparison tools and ratings
- A lead generation system connecting operators with providers
- A tender and RFP board for operators seeking platform solutions
- Industry leader profiles, news, events, and analytics
iGamingHub is not a gambling operator and does not offer, facilitate, or promote gambling services to consumers.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) use by companies and professionals operating in the iGaming industry. By using the Platform, you represent that:
- You are acting in a professional or business capacity, not as a consumer.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the authority to bind your company or organisation to these terms.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@igaminghub.app if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Email verification: Provider accounts are verified using official company email domains (e.g. you@yourcompany.com). Registrations from personal email providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) are not automatically approved and are subject to manual review by our team. We reserve the right to request additional proof of affiliation before granting access to a company cabinet. If you are unable to use a company email, please contact our support team at support@igaminghub.app to arrange individual verification.
Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account and company profile. This includes, but is not limited to: company name, contact details, licences, markets, product descriptions, team members, and any uploaded images or logos. All photos must depict real persons who are authorised representatives of the company. Fictitious profiles, stock photos presented as real persons, and any other misleading content are strictly prohibited.
Enforcement procedure:
- First violation (minor): We will notify you via email and provide 48 hours to correct the inaccurate information. Your account remains active during this period.
- Failure to correct: If the issue is not resolved within the 48-hour period, your account will be suspended until the violation is remedied.
- Repeated or severe violations: In cases of repeated violations, deliberate fraud, or gross misrepresentation (including fake identities, fabricated licences, or systematic deception), we reserve the right to permanently terminate the account immediately without prior warning.
In the event of account termination due to violations of these terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period, purchased credits, or other paid services.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are displayed in euros and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us -- your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription pause: You may pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months through your account settings. During the pause period, no charges will be made and your data will be preserved. You may resume your subscription at any time.
Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current rate until the next renewal date.
6. Credits and Balance
Credits: Certain features (lead unlocks, tender unlocks) require credits purchased via balance top-ups.
Non-refundable: Purchased credits are non-refundable. Once a lead or tender is unlocked, the charge is final.
Expiration: Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase. We will notify you 30 days before expiration.
Account closure: If your account is closed, any remaining credit balance is forfeited.
7. Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no refund for partial billing periods. If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have not used any paid features, you may request a full refund at support@igaminghub.app.
8. Content and Data
Provider profiles: Profile data is compiled from publicly available sources. Verified providers may edit their own profiles. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or correctness.
Ratings and scores: All ratings, match scores, and rankings are algorithmically generated based on publicly available data and our editorial methodology. They do not constitute endorsements, recommendations, or business advice.
User content: By submitting content (company descriptions, RFPs, messages), you grant iGamingHub a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading company information, including fictitious team members, fake licences, or inaccurate product data
- Uploading photos of persons who are not real authorised representatives of the company, including stock photos, AI-generated images, or photos of third parties without consent
- Creating fake leads or accounts to manipulate the system
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading data from the Platform
- Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempting to circumvent payment or access restrictions
- Impersonating another company or person
Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate account termination without refund of any subscription fees, credits, or other paid services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- The information displayed about providers, leaders, or tenders is complete or accurate
- Leads or connections will result in any particular business outcome
iGamingHub does not endorse any provider listed on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of iGamingHub for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to iGamingHub in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall iGamingHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, power or internet outages, third-party service failures, cyberattacks, or labour disputes.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@igaminghub.app. Upon termination, your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Right of Withdrawal
By subscribing, you acknowledge you are purchasing digital services for immediate access. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you consent to the immediate provision of services and waive the statutory withdrawal right for services already rendered or credits already used.
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment, provided they have not used any paid features, as described in Section 7 above.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@igaminghub.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed for a legitimate charge, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Upon resolution:
- If the dispute is resolved in our favor and the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized, your account will be restored and an administrative fee of €50 may apply to cover processing costs. This fee does not apply to chargebacks that are found to be legitimate.
- If the dispute is resolved in your favor, a proportional credit deduction will be applied automatically.
Appeal process: Before any permanent account action is taken, you will be notified via email and given 10 business days to respond and provide evidence supporting the legitimacy of the transaction. If the chargeback is found to be legitimate after review, your account will be restored without any administrative fee.
Repeated disputes: Accounts with two or more chargebacks may be permanently terminated, and any remaining credits or subscription time will be forfeited.
Credit deduction: When a refund or chargeback is processed for a credit purchase, credits will be proportionally deducted from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, it will be reduced to zero.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform:
- (a) Informal resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@igaminghub.app. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 15 business days.
- (b) Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before initiating formal legal proceedings.
- (c) Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Alicante, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
- (d) EU Online Dispute Resolution: In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered users with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
