iGamingHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent B2B intelligence and comparison platform for the iGaming industry. We are not a gambling operator, payment processor, or affiliate network.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Registration data: When you create an account, we collect your email address, full name, and company name.

Lead data: When operators submit interest in a provider, we collect the operator's name, email address, company name, and message content.

Leaders data: We collect and display publicly available professional data about industry leaders, including name, job title, company affiliation, and professional background sourced from public websites and industry directories.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain Stripe customer identifiers and transaction records (amounts, dates, subscription types).

Technical data: We collect server logs including IP addresses and request metadata for security and operational purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing registration data, payment data, and lead data is necessary for the performance of our contract with registered users and subscribers.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Processing publicly available professional data about industry leaders is based on our legitimate interest in providing a comprehensive B2B intelligence platform. This data is already in the public domain and its inclusion is proportionate to the service we provide.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Retaining invoices and transaction records as required by Spanish tax law.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our platform and services
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To deliver leads to platform providers upon unlock or purchase
  • To send essential service communications (registration confirmation, payment receipts, password resets)
  • To display provider and leader profiles on the platform
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

  • Stripe Inc. -- for payment processing. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Platform providers -- lead data (operator name, email, company, and message) is shared with the relevant provider only after the provider explicitly unlocks the lead.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of our platform:

  • Session cookie: Used to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is essential for the platform to function and does not require consent.

We do not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
  • Lead data: Retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then deleted.
  • Invoices and transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by Spanish tax legislation (Ley General Tributaria).
  • Leaders data: Retained while publicly available. Removed promptly upon request by the data subject.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15): You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16): You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17): You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18): You may request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20): You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21): You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, including the processing of leaders data.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption for all communications, hashed passwords, httpOnly session cookies, and Stripe PCI-compliant payment processing. Access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area by our service providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting infrastructure). Where such transfers occur, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions by the European Commission.
